I keep forgetting to review this product, I’m not one to be under reviews but here it is. This is very soft and breathable for your feet. I had a flat insole from a shoes I bought on Amazon and didn’t want to get a new one just for insole sake so I bought these and I can stand long hours without my feet hurting or paining at all. PS I wear size 7 or 7.5 this fit right in my shoes. Value for money.
