1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states.
At this time, international shipping is not available. We may expand to additional regions in the future.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $150 (after discounts, before taxes)
- Orders below $150 will have shipping fees calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination
Free shipping applies to standard delivery only.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and verification.
- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
- Some items may require additional processing time depending on availability or product type
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times begin after the order has been processed:
- Continental United States: 3–7 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days
- APO/FPO Addresses: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear, depending on the shipping carrier and transit stage.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Certain items may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes
- Some products may have location-based shipping limitations, which will be shown at checkout
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
We will review the shipment status with the carrier.
If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
9. Future International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. This policy will be updated if we expand our shipping regions.
